Bang! With a dull thud, Liu Hu's body crashed to the ground, plunging the entire scene into deathly silence.

In front of everyone, no one knew when Xiao Ye had even lifted his leg. They hadn’t even caught how he kicked, yet Liu Hu was already dealt with!

Inside the restaurant, everyone’s mouths hung agape. Xiao Ye’s strike just now was even swifter and fiercer than the Red Dragon’s!

“In the future, don’t ever mention someone else’s mother for no reason.”

A cold voice escaped Xiao Ye’s lips, murderous intent clear in his eyes. Whoever dared to insult his family would find only one fate—death.

“Hu! Brother Hu!” someone from the gangsters snapped out of their shock, shouting as they rushed to help Liu Hu up from the ground.

Blood gushed from Liu Hu’s mouth; several ribs had been broken by the kick! And this was Xiao Ye holding back—had he used his full strength, a single kick would have shattered Liu Hu’s spine.

“You brat, you actually hurt my brother like this—you’re dead!” Liu Hao’s eyes blazed with fury. He hadn’t even registered how it all happened. Now, seeing his brother’s ribs broken, he stepped forward as the elder sibling.

“Go, Brother Ye!” Ouyang Nana egged on from the back, shouting toward Xiao Ye.

“Knock out that bald guy, so he doesn’t act as a third wheel!”

“Who are you calling a third wheel?!” Liu Hao’s face darkened further, and he roared at his men, “Get them all! Take down every single one of these punks!”

With a furious wave of his hands, the gangsters behind him grabbed their weapons and charged at Xiao Ye.

In the distance, Red Dragon and Ouyang Nana’s expressions didn’t change in the slightest, but inside the restaurant, everyone watching began to grow nervous.

“My God, they’re really fighting!”

“Look! Those guys are wielding machetes!”

The savage scene before them filled everyone with terror. But just as they began to worry, an overwhelming force suddenly erupted from amidst the crowd.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Fists flew in rapid succession, silhouettes sent hurtling through the air. In the blink of an eye, everyone who approached Xiao Ye was dealt with!

“What…?”

Liu Hao’s face twisted in rage at the sight.

“What are you fools doing? So many against one, and you still can’t win? Whoever kills him, I’ll give them a hundred thousand!”

“What? A hundred thousand?!”

“Brothers, let’s go! Take him down!”

At the promise of a hundred thousand for taking Xiao Ye out, the crowd instantly became riled up. Cold steel flashed as countless blades thrust toward Xiao Ye.

But before their weapons could reach him, Xiao Ye was already moving again.

Bodies went flying, scattering like petals in the wind. In no time at all, a heap of men lay sprawled across the main road outside the restaurant!

“No way, this guy’s incredible!”

“He really is fighting dozens at once—better than Ip Man himself!”

Everyone inside the restaurant stared in shock at a scene they’d never witnessed before. In moments, the ground was littered with fallen men.

Liu Hao watched helplessly as every one of his men was taken down, his face growing uglier by the second.

“That’s enough. They’re all taken care of. Now it’s your turn.”

Xiao Ye clapped the dust from his hands, his relaxed demeanor making Liu Hao’s expression even more sour.

“Don’t get cocky, kid! You think I can’t kill you? You’re forcing my hand!” Suddenly, Liu Hao reached to his waist and, in the next instant, a black pistol appeared in his grip.

“A gun! He’s got a gun!” someone shouted. Chaos erupted in the restaurant.

Red Dragon’s brow furrowed. He set down his bowl and moved to help.

“Stay back!” Xiao Ye barked coldly, halting Red Dragon in his tracks. “Let me handle this. Keep Miss Ouyang safe.”

Xiao Ye’s face was grim. He’d never expected this man to have a firearm. Anyone here could get hurt—except Ouyang Nana. She was the Dragon Lord’s daughter.

“Scared now, brat? If you’re afraid, get down on your knees and beg for mercy!” Liu Hao sneered. So what if Xiao Ye could fight? In today’s world, it was firepower that ruled.

“I’ll give you three chances. Put down your weapon, or face the consequences,” Xiao Ye replied icily, his face as calm as ever despite the gun aimed at him.

“What did you say? You want me to put down my weapon? The one who should be kneeling is you!” Liu Hao’s eyes burned red with rage. Xiao Ye trying to threaten him? Impossible.

“If you’ve got the guts, come and kill me. Otherwise, I’ll blow you away!” Liu Hao roared, convinced that Xiao Ye wouldn’t dare approach.

But in the next instant, Xiao Ye’s figure vanished from sight.

“If you want to die, I’ll grant your wish,” came Xiao Ye’s icy whisper in Liu Hao’s ear. A moment later, Xiao Ye appeared at his side.

With a sickening squelch, Liu Hao’s gun hand was pierced clean through—two holes the size of eyeballs.

His wrist tendons destroyed, Liu Hao’s grip gave way and the gun clattered to the floor.

Before he could react, a wave of agony surged up his arm. His face drained of color.

“My hand!” Liu Hao clutched at his wounded wrist, but blood continued to spurt forth.

Suddenly, a whip-like kick swept his knees. With a crack, both legs snapped, and he collapsed to the ground, shrieking in pain.

“Hiding weapons and trying to ambush others—you’re finished.” Xiao Ye’s voice was cold as he picked up the fallen gun. Blood still stained his right index and middle fingers; it was with these two fingers that he had punctured Liu Hao’s hand.

“You bastard! You ruined my hand—you’ll die for this!” Liu Hao writhed on the ground, his face turning from crimson to ashen. Now he had only one good hand left.

At that moment, the muzzle of a gun pressed coldly against his temple, the chill instantly freezing him in place.

“Move one more time, and I’ll blow your brains out.”

Xiao Ye now stood over him, voice cold as ice.

In that instant, Liu Hao felt a spasm of fear course through him, and he nearly lost all control. Death loomed over him, ready to hold a grim ceremony in his honor.
