After working out the numbers, Gu Changrong drew in a sharp breath. “Dean, where are the remaining two hundred doses?”

The dean had done the calculation himself and indeed arrived at the same result.

His gaze shot toward the supervisor.

This Cheng Ming had actually hidden part of it from him even now.

“Brother-in-law, that is not the case...” The supervisor shrank his neck back, then turned and barked at Gu Changrong, “Doctor Gu, if you do not understand the actual situation, do not talk nonsense! Those materials were actually... actually from our earlier failed extraction. So they were long gone already, and there was never any extra stock of two hundred bone-healing doses to begin with.”

As he said this, the supervisor avoided the dean’s eyes.

What the special security officer did not say was that the reason they had been able to catch this suspicious man was that their captain had inexplicably received a text message from someone unknown.

The special security officer standing behind Gu Changrong stepped forward and said in a measured tone, “Since the truth is now clear, please come with me, both of you.”
